Listen NITE has an OTC desk and someone that runs that department and that guy and his juniors are making these decisions. We tend to over here personify NITE as an organization but at the end of the day its some employees we are really talking about. Those lesser fish are the ones that get investigated by the SEC when things go bad. I assure you those guys are paid better than you or I for what they do. I am in sales working 44 to 48 hours a week for peanuts. I won't feel sorry for them when the spit hits the fan -- they can afford the high powered lawyers. There is no freaking computer program over there selling shares below ask and dropping the ask less than 10% a day. Some jackhole is making the call on that and his bosses may or may not know about it. But there's something called plausible deniability and that guy will have his head on the chopping block when the investigations start.
