I ordered two bottles last week and they arrived yesterday. 5 days from time of order to delivery. Not bad. Baseball is starting so I gave one to my son who is a pitcher. I'm thinking this is going to help with the discomfort he often feels in his forearm and inner elbow after pitching. We'll see...

Also as an added note, there was an issue with my first order placed on Dec. 31st and after several emails back and forth with Fuse they finally shipped me a bottle directly from Miami. This was early February when I received the first order.

The second order (this past week) shipped from their distributor in Lenexa, KS.
