Bosox, PVSP had 3.2M shares just after the OS.

They started FY 2011 with 3,410,748 shares outstanding as of November 30, 2010
As of March 15, 2011, the share count was already 14,501,280

As of Pepys idea that dilution is not dilution, that's baloney.
No matter the purpose of the new shares issuance, it's still dilution.
