One has to have revenues to prevent additional shares from entering the picture. I am just wondering how PVSP is going to due their ad campaign with the limited funds they have. The old adage - it takes money to make money applies to PVSP applies here. Hoping for the best, but I have seen this with other penny stock - promise a lot and not deliver because of funding issues. JMO
