That anology is not entirely incorrect coorslight.
I am hoping that our Reciever is more like a caretaker Government left to hold things together until a 'real' representative Government can get its act together than a military strongman type dictator though.
Our receiver has been given fairly broad discretion to resolve our assorted conflicts, pay off the creditors, determine our future course or worth, and bring things to a conclusion.
It is unlike a dictatorship (what we have) IMO in that we do have to be informed (as shareholders) of what the reciever intends to do with a short window of time to ask for alternatives or redress from the Judge.
