Indeed, it requires a capable, venerable, commercial law firm... of which I am a partner. Hell, my firm and I successfully represented Mexico... as in the entire federal government of Mexico... against the State of California, and many other large scale cases - including a $1.1 billion power plant dispute involving a massive French multinational corporation. So the DTCC painted a target on itself; I'm just pulling the trigger.
