As an ATTD shareholder and a practicing civil litigator (trial attorney), I intend to take this fight to the DTCC's doorstep in my own interests as a shareholder to try and fix this problem. Though my firm does not represent ATTD, I have communicated with my friend, Roy Warren, a number of times regarding this purported "chill" situation. Bottom line as I see it is that ATTD took and takes affirmative action, made and makes a serious effort, and diligently continues its various attempts to fix this issue...only to experience ZERO cooperation in return from the damn DTCC! 
The fundamental problem, I am convinced, lies in the anti-microcap stance that the DTCC (and T.D. Ameritrade) maintains and tacitly executes against many popular microcaps - including ATTD (e.g., stocks that we frequently discuss right here on iHub stock boards). So we shall see what the law might do to light a fire under DTCC's fat ass in regards to ATTD. Unfortunately, as we all know, the wheels of justice turn slowly in our modern judicial system. Nevertheless, other than a mass letter-writing campaign to inundate the DTCC, I'm at a loss for what WE shareholders can do to have those arrogant asses at the DTCC put ATTD back in its prior perfect standing other than pursue potential legal remedies against the DTCC.
