my best estimate is we are about to bottom on the nominal 5 wk cycle. most averages crossed and generated 5 wk targets that are either being achieved or undershot. none of the 5 wk fld targets indicated a crossing of the 10 wk fld so i'm looking for a rally before we pull back into the nominal 20 wk cycle low.
