Businesses based in Nevada Are very shady due to the protections afforded by the laxity, ambiguity and privacy of the laws governing LLCs. That's why all these penny stock companies base in Nevada!
Sometimes the pumping services can produce a short lived explosive rally in a penny stock. I hope it happens here.
