cMoney and its investors would be wise to...

buy back and and all shares offered on the greysheets if we resume trades there.

It would make going private easier and remaining shares much more valuable for current shareholders, if that may be one of its options.

Shorts would still be required to cover, and will have to pay more on diminishing shares.
