I can confirm that Shiva told me the same thing (more or less) back in December. Finally a little honesty! But Jwez, why where you hesitant to report this to the rest of us after your meeting with Shiva? Why did Waggett and yourself not answer the list of 10 questions we had for them?
Basically, we still have a 3 month life line for them to announce contract details. Hopefully they don't run out of money before then.
One thing is for sure...if the contract details are announced, this thing will go back to at least a penny. The magic word is ''IF'' they announce...
