Anyone watching the games on Level 2? Not sure WTF is going on but... Weird

Priced .48 X .499 and 5k buy at .499
All of sudden 3k sale at .47 even though bid .48
45,800 buy at .499

bid price still at .48 while ask starts going down .001 from .489 .488 .487 .486 .485 - bid lowered to .47 then ask back up to .486 and back to .485

Buys all at ask today besides 3k shares (which were sold below bid). Wondering how many shares really are available at .485-.499 because by the looks of it, they're trying to get suckers to sell their shares!
