I did find Bovell's answer to my CC question a crappy one.

He said earlier that there is a lot not known about the petroleum system down there.

He meant a petroleum system down there, in the "exploration phase meaning of the word".

Well, is there a petroleum system down there, or isn't there one?

I mean, I'm sure there are locations on this globe which do not have a petroleum system 'down there'.

If there is nothing, then it seems pretty obvious that you know a lot about it, even if you want to call 'nothing' a petroleum system.

How much more information does the final Phase I report contain? They must have something to work with in those 13 other prospects one would say? OBO elephant or not...
