Something you guys should know about TEMN:
The float is probably not the same as it was in Jan. There are a number of 144 notes that could of possibly been converted to shares. Attorney fees, consultant fees, etc all paid in shares by former TEMN management. People are probably converting those shares to dump into the market. Hence, the new MMs on the scene.
I'm not saying that Emperial Americas is not a potentially great company, however, the share structure is being ripped to shreds. Also, the target PPS on this thing is way skewed.
There would have to be an aggressive share buy back, distribution deals out the wahzoo, and retirement of over 2.5 billion shares for this thing to hit multiple pennies and sustain it. The 2.5 billion coming from an A/S reduction, share buy back and cancellation of treasury shares.
While the company looks amazing the share structure isn't looking so great. Ball is in Emperial's court.
