My enthusiasm is tempered by the fact that this report is not very official or verified information. The methods weren't substantively better than VVR's methods. If the company is going to put something like this out to counter VVR, using fairly weak methods, then they should have done it within days to weeks of VVR's hatchet job.
By now, we should have a lot more solid information. Equally as disturbing is their lax attitude to NASDAQ delisting. Even if they are solidly making & selling product, and making profit, if they cannot repair their image and get re-listed on NASDAQ, the shareholders suffer. My Scottrade shows that the last earnings report was 8/15/2011. That's more than 6 months ago. How about a share buyback? Can this company do anything to inspire investor confidence? I'm a patient man, but this bloodbath has lasted way to long, IMO.
