By the logic they are using, supposedly we are 10,000 shares away from 1.99 per share? Because PERT says 5000 at 30 and NITE says 5000 at whatever and then the 3rd one says 1.99. But we know they don't have any shares anyways so what is their REAL value? Scarcity makes things valuable. How valuable is something you cannot obtain such as actual shares, not air shares?
