appreciate the breakdown on the distribution of the
different issuances of stock thru 03/05. the 10Q issued
in 05/05 shows 298 mil O/S as of 03/31/05. i assume(tough
word) that all you listed would be included in the 298mil O/S
so the unknown would be what has occured during the last
four plus months. i agree the convertibles have been exercised
and hope that none or minimal is the amount of further
issuances of shares by bitters to cover operating
costs during that period. i would hope that revenues being
generated by the companies under amep would be sufficient to
sustain amep as it grows...
