The company CLEARLY announced their intent re Shining Tree in the December PR.

That you dismissed what they said as irrelevant... doesn't mean it was.

"Shining tree moved without... knowledge?!?!?!?!"

Clearly true... but, just as Scott is not responsible for others choices in trading SRSR shares, Scott is not responsible for others lack of knowledge.

If you read the December PR ? The only proper excuse anyone has for a lack of knowledge... is staring back at them every time they look in a mirror.
