Is anyone here familiar with any precedents set with other companies that fell into similar situation as Veltex? (i.e. DTCC Chill, Litigation, SEC Complaints)

Where does someone obtain information of Current Legal Status? (i.e. Official Court Documents of any Judgments made or expected to be made) We cannot be dependant on information from only Blogsite such as IHUB or others - as Sole Provider of Information.

In summary, we need Press Releases as a Guide. Current Management, it seems is only going to issue informantion that they're completely confident about, having supporting material.

Current Management, understandably, doesn't share any information with us at this time. This is probably the right thing, even though we have no idea what is happening right now.

We can only hope that this will be resolved soon.
