Please.... .. since it has been stated that cash was scarce.... why did JD sell the land and building AND create WILKES holdings .. the rent factor went from roughly 5K per month to a unsustainable 16K per month .... and Wilkes Holdings/JD BROWN reaped the benefits ... while the shareholders(non-insider and *NON-ENABLERS*) had the rug pulled out from beneath them.
The 2 runs were indeed planned and orchestrated: It went right by the "PUMP and DUMP" playbook:
*False and misleading PR's* accompanied by promotional recruitment via a positive message board presence.
