Thanks Trinity, I knew I had read that at some point and thought it to be positive, I still think so even if I find it all a bit difficult to understand.

What it does look like to me, is that Superior Oil and Gas/Dan really have a good business sense and set up the share structure nicely.

I keep thinking location, location, location.
