That'a the "...whizzer...", BGG. Clintwit did those skirts in the Oval Office and the White House hallways, etc.
Meanwhile the (W)itch was probably doing Vince Foster in the back of an armored SUV in the White House garage. And, when he didn't give her a premium "buzz" - she snuffed him and had them dump his body in the park.
At Proctter & Gamble they run plant managers down the road for much less BS than that.
