bottom line to me is info was passed on
to those in authority who can actually
*investigate* the entity/s involved

what i didn't know until turn was in
was that pattern was never unique to
EXPH >> as previously noted >> all info
is in authorities' hands >>

i figure about 2.5 years to *read* all about it
