Just spoke with company:

Insiders own about 8MM shares - out of 18MM share float.

10K's/Q's for 2007 to present should start hitting in two weeks.

Updates on, http://www.hikobellstockholders.com should start next week.

Co. may have some patented mining claims in Utah and Nevada... still investigating.

Co. has O&G leases w/ carried working interests

Also minerals in Asphalt Ridge (Oil Shale)
