Jack I think if it's OK with you I will give you a comindation for being the second one to get it. They will try what ever they think will work and it simply will not. Thhe reason is very simple.

You hold what you have and you buy when you can and they will be the one's knocking at your door when they finaly find out that the plan that has worked for years will not work here. To us a falling price means an opportunity to smoke their azz.

If spelling is your thing I think that's great. At my age it's not a priority.
