NEWS TO ALL! An update to all regarding HMGP, I receive emails from time to time from persons that have or have had dealings with Hemi Energy Group, since I now own the Hemi Energy Group Corp web site. Normally, it has to do with invitations for John Kelly to attend some event or seminar. I usually reply in an effort to obtain any new information regarding Hemi, this one was of particular interest.

We have an interested party/entity (apparently quite substantial when you read Google search results).

I did not release the content, etc. before as I was providing the email sender an opportunity to reply and open a private dialogue. That did not happen, so I now release it all for all interested parties to start digging and let’s see what we come up with collectively.

Hopefully, we can obtain more information about our interested party and possibly get a little closer to Keith Anderson.

Please share and post your findings and communications to the board or web site for all shareholders to read.

I want to acknowledge your interest in acquiring the Hemi Energy shell corp. Please forward as email attachment your proposal with as much detail as possible to facilitate the review of the merits of said proposal.
