didn't say "ignore their past". Emphasized comprehending the effects of their past. Which after considering two major things:

1. 1/100 R/S

2. New enlarged factory, Maine BioEnergy, motorcycle engine , etc

means this NEW setup is a better deal than most of the Pink Sheets out there.

Consequently, I bought NEW shares after the R/S. That's the NEW consideration.

I alone am responsible for my choices.
