It doesnt appear that many of those things mentioned in that Filing ever came to fruition....at least in respect to the promotion of the "product" on those social websites, some things have transpired. But not to the extent many were expecting....when was the last "tweet" by Bieber about the PhoneGuard App???? anyone?
