Well, the writing is on the wall.

If they announce the roll-out of this new International Calling Plan for "within 30 days", it follows that the Video App will not be actually launched during Q1, but merely announced at the very end of Q1, with an expected availability date about 1 month later, say, the begin of May.

It doesn't bring revenues as long it is not on sale. But it does help stimulate the sale of dilutive shares.
