Funny, it doesn't boil down to believing the auditors. They were in the process of finishing up, waiting on the footnotes from EL.
No lie there. Nice try blaming the auditors. The responsibility to file clearly falls on El's shoulders. El has failed to provide the footnotes, El has failed to file.

Just not that difficult to understand.
