There is no logical reason for the auditors to lie, but I beleive that the fact lies that it is the responsability of the owners of the company to make the necessary filings, that being said, we all know how they function, so why should anyone be surprised.
If they really had big news to show profits, I feel sure that the filings would have been done by 12-31-2011, now almost three months into 2012 and nothing can only indicate to most intellegent people who have followed this POS one simple thing, they have NOTHING good to report, so we will not file.
By the way which one of the big three left EI, and are they still in the building?
I know call the company, heck I would get a better answer talking to myself.
