Broadband access penetration is rapidly increasing in North America as wireless and Broadband over Powerline (BPL) technologies are being deployed. As these standards are agreed upon, and as the new business models begin to surface broadband access penetration will become ubiquitous and will open up new business opportunities for companies like CinTel.
