The other that troubles me is the part:

Giant King Grass seedlings were harvested at the VIASPACE pilot plantation in Guangdong province, China and were prepared and packaged for shipment. The Giant King Grass was inspected by Chinese officials and a phytosanitary certificate was issued. The Company's export agent in China worked closely with the import agent in the customer's country to satisfy all of the import requirements. The 1 ton Giant King Grass shipment was sent by air freight.

If this was Thailand then they should have already had this phytosanitary certificate as Dr.K announce that they had already taken some plants over their to put on a window sil remember?

Funny how I show the board that a certificate was required and asked Dr.K to show it.

Funny how he detailed every little minute step in this PR, almost too much detail and how this detail seems to answer all the concerns that this board has been raising as if to ease that concern, but now all of a sudden he can't disclose the most important details, who, what, when, where, and how much $$$$
