I would like to clarify the delay in news. Three weeks ago I was advised by my legal counsel not to put out the press release we intended because we are awaiting some final paperwork from the SEC. Our legal counsel expressed that it would be two weeks for confirmation. However this has not occured yet and I have been asked to wait. Based upon our past with regulatory issues, I will not issue press that would be considered premature.

My apologies. I do not control the speed of this process. When I know, all of you will know.

On another note, financials are still in progress.
