So I see ALPHA CAPITAL ANSTALT filed a Schedule 13G/A on 2-22-2012 stating they have on line 7. Sole dispositive power-619,380 shares of common stock, i.e. 9.99% of represented class.. What the heck does that mean?? did they issue more os shares or did they give them 9.99% of the os shares of the 6,199,960 for some financing capital?? I do not see any monies listed. I clicked on Ironwoods SEC website link. Take care everyone elkomike
