Ummmmm Oxygen is NOT an explosive gas. Hydrogen is.

The atmosphere is approximately 20% Oxygen.

Hydrogen forms an explosive mixture with air between 4 and 74% hydrogen.

But I haven't worked at an industrial gas plant.....Oh wait.... I worked at Cape Kennedy during the Apollo program and had to take the gas safety course there.
