Actually a trend analysis of PR release dates is required to have factual data otherwise it is flawed and meaningless. With that being said the only trend in PR release dates for the 26th would be between May and October. Beyond this time frame the trend analysis fails to meet the 26th requirement even with oddities thrown out.

History does in fact repeat itself.
