Intelligent.... I think not. A person with even 1/2 a brain knows not to open their mouth until they have something to say. Which by the way, since we have another 30 days in limbo by kimbo, it shows that he still has nothing to say.

Additionally, you have still yet to admit you were incorrect in defending Kim regarding a CC in February. Looks like he royally let you down in that regard.

Defending such egregious actions shows true intelligence.

What will you say when he does not have a commercial partner, when pss has not yet been achieved, he has not expanded lab space, or done anything in furthering this company to the next step. What will you say if all that is unveiled is his plan to do all those things sometime in the future. Will you be satisfied with that? At what point do you begin to worry about your investment? instead of defending incompetence.
