You are spot on, Atlanta1. I have developed two buildings with this shared office concept, 1 of 24 offices in the late 80's and one of 60 offices in the early 90's. Everyone here, especially the bears/bashers, would be shocked at the gross revenues of some of these "small" companies. Many had double digit numbers of employees, most all whom worked out of the office "on the road". Monthly or bi-monthly meetings would take place at a local hotel. And all this was before internet & email and were still the most cost efficient and time efficient vs. a large lavish office that was always empty. Much ado about absolutely nothing...
