So....from what I'm reading....section 11.1....that all those listed investment companies that gave money in exchange for securities are now up the creek? They have to kinda know a little inside info...that things are going in the right direction of the company...right? I mean u think Roy within the last week just screwed all those inside investors?

I mean yea....we could argue this "chill" stuff all day.....
