I suspect even if they go on the grey sheets they will still fulfill their obligation to buy back shares once the Berlin listing is in place. as they have put these in the news releases. also, some on here have stated that they received an e-mail from Gandy stating the Berlin listing disappeared only because they were requesting information. Once they get that information it will start trading on Berlin.
