On the day of the shareholder conference, the books will be open and the holdings of each shareholder will be viewable. I will have my little calculator out and I won't be surprised to see that the totals add up to more than the float.

Every share that has been sold by a so-called "market maker" to investors above what should exist in the legally authorized float is going to have to be covered.
