I'm suprised... such an idea as this one is getting so much slack. But with what their concept is, why are they trying to open in normal business districts in hot climate areas where men can see women wearing skimpy outfits all year long? Why not try to set locations up north where everyone else is wearing 4 layers of clothes 6-8 months of the year and try to get a location as close as legally possible to college campuses?
