We are at the "DAWN of SNEY", it is just a matter of a few days!, and the best part; We won't have to change SNEYSAYERS' diapers, 'cause they'll banish into silence when we are current, CE out, 10K filed, UP-LISTED and PR'd to oblivion, they too will be happy,..... yet silent 'cause they won't admit it, in fact, in Cancun they will go by different names when dancing next to us.

2nd. "Q" should be here later this week, and this I solemnly promise, .....and if not, ....I'll wait 'till Monday!.
You see the fact is, no matter when the second happens they all have to be done prior to the 10K (due on April 4) so some of these folks need to loosen up.
SNEY is "all out" to get this done, they too need this to happen.
