I am reading the PR, can you explain who get's these warrants? Do we or the new institutional shareholders? What's the gig? Can you explain that on a level a guy who has been working concrete all day...I got me one a dem air diploma's, but not been good at reading this here fancy business talk stuff. What does all that mean? The way I read it we aren't getting anything, that's just some mumbo-jumbo between Tony Soprano and this week's pigeon.
