This matter comes before the court upon defendants’ motion to strike and/or dismiss plaintiff’s complaint. (ECF 17.) This matter was decided without a hearing. For the
following reasons, defendants’ motion is denied.

III. CONCLUSION
For the foregoing reasons, defendants’ motion to strike and/or dismiss is DENIED in its entirety. Defendants shall file answers to the complaint within twenty-one (21) days of the
entry of this order. The court hereby SETS the status (pretrial scheduling) hearing to take place on March 15, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. Parties shall submit a joint status report by March 8, 2012.
