the real reason:

By Dr. D and JT waiving the 1.5 million shares, something virtually any other founding team would never have done, they saved the shareholders a none-cash $2.2 million hit to earnings this year. Something that I had been aware of and slightly concerned about. But with this behind us, there are no other items like this that I am aware of so we should now have clear sailing ahead.
