Just received a email from Kathy Addison from elite. I emailed her and with in 2 hours I had a rsponse.
I just wanted an update and this was her email.

Thank you for your email. The team at MedeFile is focused on getting their wholesale opportunities landed. It is MedeFile’s policy to make formal announcements relating to material developments, in which Kevin formally comments and provides perspective on the news.
MedeFile is required to file their numbers 90 days from year end and 45 days from quarter end. This means the Company plans to file their 10-K Year End Results on or before the deadline of March 30, 2012 and their 10-Q on or before the deadline of May 15, 2012.
I have attached a copy of a 2012 SEC Calendar for your convenience – I find it to be very helpful!
