Rules approved by ADMIN,

2. No NAKED P&D

4. Unfortunately people get banned, simple rule DON'T BE ONE
5. No Gratuitous swearing (a bit here and there is fine however a lot an it loses its humor)
6. No random letters from the alphabet. If you have a pick include research, charts, highs, lows, possible landing spots, shiny objects and blinking lights. Just letters from the alphabet will be deleted and you will be warned of impending doom.
7. No Bashing other posters who are posting informed opinions no matter if it differs from yours. We should be free to express our opinions, however be prepared for counter arguments.
8. NO NAME CALLING. Sticks and stones do hurt but so does name calling.

Criteria for an uptank stock:
1. Delta between current PPS and 52 Week high PPS of 1000% or greater
2. Within 25% of maxed A/S with low probablity of dilution 3. Quality management team and BOD per previous track record
4. Less than 20% debt to revenue and a management team with no track record of bailouts or bankruptcy
5. Must be listed on the OTC boards, not Pinksheets and has no record of paid promotions
