The slide of the new building has these two bullet points:

-Short-term use for fabrication and assembly of processor No. 3
-Footprint for Roll out

So I think it is likely an alternative fabrication and assembly building with greater production capability will be developed to serve the large processor demand and will be done as soon as possible.

Then the new Niagara building will be converted to a prototype facility and house three addtional processors.
